This page says who is responsible for the course, how payment works, and what the site stores.
Who publishes this
This course is written, published and sold by Zirlandia Milkovic, who is responsible for it and is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: hello@aimadesimple.me. OpenAI and xAI did not write, review, sponsor or endorse it.
Names
ChatGPT is a product and trademark of OpenAI. The name is used here only to identify the tool the lessons teach. Nothing on this site is an official ChatGPT, OpenAI, or xAI course, certification, or partnership.
Payment
Levels 2 to 15 are a one-time purchase for lifetime access. Payment is taken by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record, charges VAT where it applies, and sends you a receipt and a licence key. This site never sees or stores your card number, security code, bank account or billing address.
What this site keeps
- The licence key you redeem, linked to your account, so you keep access. To check a key, this site sends it to Gumroad, which tells us whether it is valid and whether the purchase was refunded or disputed.
- That information is used to give you access, prevent a key being shared, and handle refunds. It is not sold.
- Gumroad, your bank or card network, and a tax authority where the law requires it, receive payment data under their own policies.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, through Gumroad or at hello@aimadesimple.me. A refunded purchase stops unlocking the course.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of the data held about you, a correction, or deletion of what the law does not require us to keep. Write to hello@aimadesimple.me.
Accounts
Level 1 stays open without an account. To unlock the paid levels you create an account with an email address and a password. We store your name, your email, a hash of your password and the licence key you redeem. An account never buys the course by itself.
To delete your account and its stored data, email hello@aimadesimple.me from the address on the account. We delete it within 7 days. Deleting an account does not refund a purchase.
Privacy settings
You can read Level 1 without signing in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in, one session cookie keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary for that and is removed when you sign out. Lesson progress in this browser stays either way.
- Voice, on each lesson film, turns narration off. Narration is pre-generated audio served with the site; nothing you type or say is sent anywhere.
- Certificates includes “Reset progress on this device.” That clears lesson progress, quiz scores, and the certificate name saved in this browser.
- Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the same local record. There is no separate cloud copy to switch off.
- ChatGPT’s own history, memory, and training settings are not controlled by this course. Read them on the account you actually use, and read your workplace rule before you paste anything sensitive.
What stays on this device
Lesson progress, quiz scores, the name you type on a certificate, and watched films are saved in this browser. They are not a cloud gradebook. Clearing site data removes them. The lesson voice uses your browser’s speech on this device. The course does not send that audio to a server.
Certificates
A certificate marks completion of this independent course only. It is not a license, not a job offer, and not a credential from OpenAI or xAI.
What you still decide
Do not paste secrets, client files, or student, medical, or payment records into ChatGPT or into this course. The lessons are training, not legal, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for what you send, publish, or decide.
